  • Leading on creating engaging communications to encourage long-term support
  • Developing a multi-year individual giving strategy to grow their donorbase
  • Develop and strengthen RBLI’s one off and regular giving income

  • Managing 1 Individual Giving Executive

The ideal candidate for this role will:

  • Have extensive experience within individual giving, across multiple channels
  • Be an experienced Individual Giving Manager who can hit the ground running
  • Have demonstrable experience in acquisition, donor development and an understanding of other income streams (in-mem and legacy)
  • Have the ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns from start-finish
  • Possess excellent relationship building skills with supporters
  • Have great attention to detail, strong organisation and time management skills
  • Be confident and personable, with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships

We are WR and we invest in our candidates by providing optional new starter coaching - enhancing confidence, wellbeing, professional relationships and managing change.
