WR Fundraising Recruitment is thrilled to be working with an inspirational regional charity looking for a new Individual Giving & Digital Fundraiser to add to their high achieving team.

For this newly created position, we are looking for a creative, digital fundraiser to join a collaborative fundraising team to develop and deliver campaigns across a variety of online platforms including PPC, social media and email communications.

This is a role that will offer you the chance to work creatively with the charity’s loyal supporter base while developing dedicated digital fundraising campaigns for donor acquisition and retention.

Duties will include:

• Take a leading role in growing the supporter base through engaging digital acquisition activity and maximising income through the cultivation of existing donors
• Working with the team to deliver a range of warm appeals, regular supporter communications, and related digital fundraising campaigns
• Work across a suite of digital marketing activities and channels to acquire, retain and develop new and existing supports.
• Take responsibility for website content
• Develop and implement paid for acquisition advertising campaigns across Meta and PPC
• Regularly and accurately write and edit copy, proof artwork, and manage the production process for each campaign
• Champion innovative and cost-effective ways of acquiring new supporters via digital platforms.

Ideal candidates will have:

• An excellent understanding of digital fundraising, and hands-on experience of working with Facebook, PPC, email and web platforms.
• A proven and successful track record of working on multi-channel fundraising campaigns, with a focus on digital/online.
• Experience of individual giving / digital fundraising that includes email communications, search engine optimisation and social media advertising.
• Experience planning and writing inspiring fundraising copy across channels
• A creative skillset – at ease with using Canva and InDesign
• Experience of managing projects from inception to end delivery
• Ability to analyse campaign results and effectively use insight to optimise future campaigns.
