Why will WR invest in you?
Because lack of confidence can limit potential and hamper career progression. A lack of confidence can make it harder for you to your ideas and thoughts heard, you may feel easily silenced by others or your own thoughts, overly worrying about the reaction of others which stops you from speaking up or acting. A lack of confidence can lead to low self-esteem and get in the way of you fulfilling your potential and limits the impact you can have in your new role.
As a result of coaching, we can see greater self-belief, greater comfort with taking risks or pushing beyond old comfort zones, a greater sense of empowerment.

Taking up Sarah's coaching as a new starter has really helped me to get the best start possible in my new role.
Joining the charity sector was new to me and with a newly formed role too, an external coach has been really helpful to help me better understand the dynamics, as well as hit the ground running.
During the sessions with Sarah, we discussed not only how I was finding the new role, but other challenges I’ve faced in my professional career, particularly since becoming a manager and leader.
