WR is a boutique fundraising recruitment specialist and we have a record of placing candidates where others haven’t, due to our high levels of service, personal attention and specialist knowledge.
We work only on fundraising positions, delivering a far more tailored and consultative service than the larger and more generic agencies. We are passionate about this, and aim to deliver exceptional value to every client and candidate we work with.
Being small but mighty, our size allows us to work flexibly with our clients and find successful solutions to recruiting more difficult roles.
We passionately believe we do what we do as well as, if not better, than anyone else out there.
We are a family run consultancy, founded by Neil & Sarah on the back of over 20 years in the recruitment industry, working with charities up and down the UK.
Prior to specialist charity recruitment, they worked in the commercial recruitment sector.
At odds with their experience of how the recruitment industry treats people – commoditising humans and reducing interaction to a myriad of targets, they set out to create something special.
WR Fundraising Recruitment is a consultancy with a difference.
We work closely with our candidates and our charities to find the right jobs for our people, and the right people for our jobs while providing ongoing support for people to develop in their new jobs - Increasing confidence, supporting wellbeing and being there for candidates on their career journey.
