WR Fundraising Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for a Data and Insights Officer to lead data selections and provide analysis / reports within the fundraising and wider teams for a wonderful regional charity.

With around £8m income from various sources, we are looking for a data expert to take on the exciting challenge of delivering data insight that helps drive forward fundraising activity -  ensuring data led decisions result in a cohesive and impactful supporter journey.

This is a great opportunity for someone skilled in data capture and data selection processes to work across fundraising, marketing and wider teams and develop recommendations on marketing and fundraising campaigns

Duties will include:

• Design and implement data selections for fundraising and marketing campaigns
• Support the wider team with data selection training
• Provide data insight on campaign performance
• Research and recommend improvements to processes across marketing and fundraising teams
• Development of standardised selection criteria
• Work with the fundraising and marketing teams to develop effective supporter journeys
• Working with the Database Manager to provide insight reports as requested by the wider team
• Make recommendations on the use of the database in best use of the CRM system

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous experience in a similar data led role managing and developing a CRM system to support fundraising and marketing
• Working knowledge and experience of RFV modelling, data segmentation and profiling within a charity setting
• Analytical and effective research and evaluation skills
• Strong knowledge of database marketing and data integrity
• Experience of utilising data and databases in fundraising and marketing activities and an understanding of expert supporter care
• Experience of providing database training across teams
