We’re looking for a Fundraising Coordinator to support a newly appointed Head of Philanthropy in delivering Firstsite’s Fundraising & Philanthropy Programme.

As Fundraising Coordinator you’ll play a key role in delivering the Donor Stewardship Strategy, researching potential donors and helping to secure donations, as well as stewarding existing supporters and providing a first-class donor journey!

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious fundraiser who’s looking to make their mark at an amazing art organisation. You’ll need some experience of fundraising, ideally across a variety of income streams, but more than that we’re looking for an innovator who can come up with exciting ideas for supporter acquisition and engagement

This is a great opportunity for a fundraiser in the early stages of their career to gain broad experience, whilst making a real impact on the future or visual arts in the East of England, so make sure to get in touch to apply or find out more!

Duties will include:

• Drive income generation by delivering impactful fundraising campaigns
• Working closely with the Head of Philanthropy to research prospective donors
• Building and nurturing strong donor relationships the personalised engagement and stewardship
• Planning and executing an exciting calendar of events
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date donor records

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a compelling and engaging communicator, with excellent presentation and networking skills
• Have experience working in a Fundraising or Supporter Engagement role
• Have a creative approach to income generation and donor engagement
• Have experience using donor management systems and CRM software
