This inspirational charity is now seeking a Fundraising Manager to lead on income generation as part of their fresh five-year strategy!

Working closely with the CEO and Trustees, the Fundraising Manager will be responsible for strengthening the existing income streams, as well as developing new ones, including developing new campaigns and appeals and pioneering new corporate giving partnerships.

You’ll be supported by a Fundraising & Membership Officer, as well as a Digital Fundraising Specialist, and have the opportunity to work with new, cutting-edge AI to streamline the CRM and make the most of the opportunities within.

Duties will include:

• Leading on implementing NASS’s Fundraising Strategy
• Expanding Nass’s Individual Giving programme
• Developing new income streams, including Corporate and Legacy Giving
• Working with colleagues to develop applications and cases-for-support for trusts and foundations
• Leading and developing a small team of high-performing fundraisers

The ideal candidate will:

• Have demonstrable experience of achieving significant income growth
• Be a confident and skilled communicator, able to build relationships with a range of audiences
• Have experience of at least two of the following income streams: Community, Events, Trusts & Foundations, Corporate, Major Donor, and Legacy
• Be able to inspire, motivate, and develop a team of fundraisers
• Have outstanding planning, organisation and implementation skills
