We are WR Fundraising Recruitment and we are delighted to be continuing our relationship with an incredible regional health care charity that provides support for patients, and their families, in their community. This amazing institution offers free of charge care that is available to people of any and all backgrounds, and is now looking for a Supporter Data Officer to join their close-knit team.

With a focus on Selections and Insight, the Supporter Data Officer will collaborate closely with colleagues across the Fundraising team to fulfil data requests efficiently and accurately. You’ll provide data selections, along with insights and analysis to support fundraising and stewardship activities within the charity, as well as working with Supporter Data colleagues to support a review and development of the supporter CRM.

We’re looking for a highly organised Data professional, with the ability to manipulate datasets and identify insights, and you’ll also be a strong communicator, able to provide guidance and training to colleagues and volunteers.

This is a great time to join the charity, as the Director of Fundraising is building a team of superstars to take fundraising to new levels, and the Supporter Data Officer will be one of them!

Duties will include:

• Accurately managing and analysing supporter data to support fundraising activities
• Producing timely and informative reports to monitor fundraising performance and identify key insights for decision-making
• Overseeing the operation and development of the supporter database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Managing and coordinating volunteer activities within the team

The ideal candidate will:

• Have demonstrable experience of success in a data-focussed role
• Be able to confidently segment, analyse, process, and interpret data sets 
• Have strong technical knowledge of databases and CRM systems
• Be a confident communicator, able to provide data insights to a range of stakeholders
• Have the ability to guide and train volunteers within the Supporter Data Team
