We are WR Fundraising Recruitment and we are thrilled to once again be working with a values-driven national charity focussing on community support. They are now seeking a Trusts & Foundations Officer to join their expanding fundraising team.

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic fundraiser to join the charity as Trusts and Foundations Officer to manage and grow a portfolio of Trusts and Foundations. In this important, the Trusts and Foundations Officer will be responsible for submitting convincing and compelling applications to a range of small and medium-sized funders, whilst also assisting on larger applications. Working closely with the Fundraising Manager, this is a great opportunity for a Trusts & Foundations Officer to hone their skills in a truly supportive environment

This is an exciting time to join the charity, with growth on the agenda as they are moving into new areas of campaigning, and their ambitious Head of Fundraising is building a team to support this growth!

Duties will include:

• Proactively esearching and identifying prospective Trusts and Foundations
• Developing and writing high-quality funding applications
• Managing relationships with a range of funders
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM system
• Providing regular reporting on income received

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience of successfully raising funds from Trusts and Foundations
• Be able to effectively research and identify new funding sources
• Have great communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and compelling funding applications
• Be confident representing the charity with existing and potential funders
